Terms of Service

Eli is an emotional support companion — not a therapist, doctor, or a substitute for professional care. Eli does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical services, does not diagnose any condition, and does not give medication or medical advice. By using the service, you understand and accept this.

The service is not for crises or emergencies. If you may be in danger or thinking of harming yourself or others, contact emergency services or a helpline immediately — see our crisis help page.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the service. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Your first text session (15 minutes) is free, and voice is free to try for 7 minutes. After that, each session is ₹499 for text or ₹699 for voice, payable in INR via our payment processor (Razorpay). Prices may change with notice. Refunds and cancellations are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please use Eli respectfully and for its intended purpose — emotional support. Do not use it for unlawful purposes, and understand that Eli will not engage in romantic or sexual content, or assist with anything harmful.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we don't read your sessions, your data is encrypted, and you can delete it anytime.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. While we care deeply about quality and safety, we do not guarantee any particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (if any).
